Context & Business Goals
SummitHR Solutions, a fractional HR company focused on the startup and tech industry in Colorado, needed to refresh their website to help drive more awareness and leads. A website can act as a salesperson in staff-taxed company as well as provide assurance or assistance in a competitive proposal/pitching process, adding a level of professionalism above your competitors. The client had a limited budget but needed it to go as far as possible.
Responsibility on Project
LeadOut Sales engaged in a project-based engagement with SummitHR Solutions to refresh the existing website. This included SEO Optimization, implementation of tracking tools, implementation of lead generation tools, adding and refreshing content, adding new products and offerings, and migration to a CMS from a developer-hijacked website that would not allow for easy content changes.
Size & Duration
This engagement took 3 months and included having to collect content from SummitHR Solutions as well as obtaining technical access and migration of all content to a new platform (from .NET to WordPress). This also included iterating with the client to get feedback and understand changes the stakeholder wanted.
